YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 473.04/$1 in Armenia on Thursday, which is down by AMD 3.35 from Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 549.72 (down by AMD 1.42), that of one British pound was AMD 716.99 (down by AMD 2.74), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.25 (up by AMD 0.02), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 272.63, AMD 19,738.87, and AMD 19,405.74, respectively.

Thursday’s trading totaled USD 2,700,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 470/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 470/$1.
