STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 300 times, on Thursday and the early morning hours on Friday.

During this time, more than 4,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.

As a result of the operative steps taken by the Defense Army vanguard units, however, the adversary’s aggressive actions were brought to an end, the NKR MOD press service informed.
