YEREVAN. – Everyone must realize that homeland starts on the border, Deputy Speaker of Armenian parliament Eduard Sharmazanov said during his visit to one of the military units in Tavush Region.

“In Yerevan we have no right to make a mistake, we must do everything to create Armenia of our dreams. Armenia of our dreams is Armenia that is permeated by the idea of independence,” Sharmazanov said.

Deputy Speaker said he is proud of compatriots who live in the settlements located near the border.

“We are proud of your parents who gave our nation good soldiers as you are. We are praying for you, and we do realize that the Armenian nation – our families, our children – sleep calmly, and this is your achievement,” he emphasized.
