Armenian MOD: Azerbaijani political leadership responsible for all actions

YEREVAN. – Azerbaijani side made another sabotage attempt last night, spokesperson for Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.

The actions of the adversary were prevented, and “the act of sabotage was neutralized”, he wrote on Facebook.

“The responsibility for all actions falls on political leadership of Azerbaijan,” Hovhannisyan said.

As reported earlier, the vanguard divisions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army have taken retaliatory actions, on Saturday at around between 1pm and 2pm, to ensure the safety of the NKR.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army's actions came in response to Azerbaijan's mortar shelling.

As a result, two military positions and one passenger vehicle of the adversary were rendered non-operational in the eastern direction of the Line of Contact.
