Personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk met with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current situation on the contact line, results of monitoring and settlement of Karabakh conflict, haqqin.az reported.

The OSCE monitoring on Thursday has failed in the area of Armenia’s Berkaber village. Even though no ceasefire violations were recorded during the actual monitoring, the Azerbaijani side opened fire immediately after this monitoring.

The Armenian side was the first to record this ceasefire violation and report it to the OSCE mission.

Several hours earlier the Azerbaijani side made a sabotage attempt in the direction of Voskepar village and opened fire at a civilian vehicle.
