STEPANAKERT. –  President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award posthumously private of NKR Defense Army's N division Shekspir Hakobyan "For Service in Battle" medal for bravery shown while defending  the NKR state border.

Azerbaijan continued to intensively violate the ceasefire on Thursday.

As a result, Armenian military serviceman Shekspir Hakobyan (born in 1990) sustained a fatal gunshot wound, at around 4:15pm, at a protection area of a Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army unit stationed in an easterly direction.
