YEREVAN. – Non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) actively criticizes the Prime Minister and the government, and always with clear arguments.

PAP NA Faction member, economist Mikayel Melkumyan, who is also Deputy Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, noted the aforementioned at Friday’s parliamentary briefings.

He added that, however, that it should not be forgotten that had the PM not had a 50-percent veto power in the decision-making process, the present-day situation would have been the same as the previous government.
