Within the framework of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s working visit to Russia, the two sides have signed an agreement on Thursday.
The accord is on providing Russian loan to the Armenian government, and for the funding of the activities to extend the operation period of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant.
The said document was signed by Suren Karayan, the First Deputy Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms of Armenia, and Sergei Storchak, the Deputy Finance Minister of Russia.
