YEREVAN. – The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border was relatively calm on late Friday night and early Saturday morning.  

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the Press Secretary of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Hovhannisyan added that even though shots were heard from all directions during this time, they were fewer in number.

To note, the situation on the border has again exacerbated in recent days, as the adversary has opened fire on the border villages of Armenia’s Tavush Region.
