YEREVAN. – Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Medal of Pushkin to Frederick Davtyan, the Director of the Russian Drama Theatre named after K.S. Stanislavsky, in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

Davtyan is decorated with this medal in recognition of his significant contribution to the strengthening and deepening of friendship, cooperation, and cultural ties with Russia, the Theatre press service informed.
