YEREVAN. – Armenia's investigative committee has opened a criminal case in connection with the death of serviceman Arman Osipyan.
According to investigative committee, junior sergeant Arman Osipyan was mortally wounded at around 4:40am on February 14 as a result of violation of the rules of military watch.
The criminal case was opened on charges of violation of combat duty or combat service rules.
