YEREVAN. – The world-renowned French Carrefour hypermarket chain, which will open in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan in March, already has a respective billboard.

The hypermarket representatives, however, still do not inform as to where it will open.

While speaking to Armenian News-NEWS.am, Vatche Arsen, a representative of Carrefour Armenia, made no comments in this regards.

“We will issue a statement when we will have something to say; this is our policy,” he added.

To note, Dubai-based Majid Al Futtaim company is in charge of developing the Carrefour networks in the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa, and Armenia is also under the jurisdiction of this company.
