YEREVAN. – All Armenian capital city Yerevan hotel rooms are booked for April 2015, Oliver Group appraisal company founder Hrach Hakobyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am commenting on the company’s 2014 market analysis.

“According to my information, around 200 thousand people—of course, primarily representatives of the [Armenian] diaspora—will visit Armenia for the April 24 [Armenian Genocide] remembrance events.

“The city is ready to receive them. The Yerevan hotels and rental apartments will be excessively occupied for 1-1.5 months.  

“At any rate, if fewer people arrive—even if 100 thousand people—, the effect will be noticeable on the services sector of Yerevan and the entire republic,” Hakobyan added.
