YEREVAN. – The alliance of three non-government parties gave nothing, but great disappointment, Armenia's ruling party representative Hovhannes Sahakyan said in response to Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian's statement.

The union of three political parties did not bring about any changes, Sahakyan said, adding that the format of four parties was more effective. As an example he recalled the draft bills that had been submitted by the four parties.

“As to the union of three parties, they had different opinions and approaches,” Sahakyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the open air press conference called on Friday, Raffi Hovannisian announced “there is no political trio” in Armenia's political field.
