YEREVAN. – Two constitutional reform concepts may be introduced to the National Assembly (NA), ruling Republican Party of Armenia NA Faction Head Vahram Baghdasaryan said at a press conference on Tuesday.

In his conviction, there is a serious problem in the country with respect to becoming a political force and forming of the political opposition.

“And if we see that a political crisis is brewing and obstacles have emerged for the viability of the parliamentary system of governance, two versions of the constitutional reforms’ concept may be discussed [at the parliament],” Baghdasaryan stressed.
