YEREVAN. – According to the decision of Armenia’s PM Hovik Abrahamyan, Aram Harutyunyan was appointed as the Chairman of Armenia’s Agriculture Ministry State Committee of Water Economy.
Aram Harutyunyan was dismissed from his office of Kotayk region governor on April 2. Mr Harutyunyan was replaced by the ex-mayor of Abovyan city Karapet Guloyan, who is the son-in-law of the Prosperous Armenia ex-leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
