The attorneys of Zaur Dadaev, the suspect in the murder of Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov, will motion that the case involving Dadaev be considered by a court jury, the Russian Kommersant daily reported citing its sources close to the investigation of this murder. 

The defense finds that a jury board will not believe in Dadaev’s testimony he had given to the investigators. 

The investigators, for their part, are gathering new evidence against the alleged killer.    

Russian opposition politician, former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov, 55, was shot dead on February 27 in Downtown Moscow. Subsequently, Zaur Dadaev and several others were arrested on suspicion of murder.
