The free movement of products, services, capital, and workforce—which is at the basis of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU)—will be an additional impetus to Armenia’s economic development and further integration into the EEU.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia (RA), Edward Nalbandian, stated the aforesaid speaking to the International Affairs magazine of Russia.

“This enables the RA to enter in a more simplified, free [way] the protected commodity markets, the single market of Eurasian Union services, to bring investments, create industrial and agricultural cooperatives, enter the resource base without customs duties, enter the EEU transport corridors, facilitate the migration procedure, etc.,” Nalbandian stressed, and added: “The advantages are apparent.”
