YEREVAN. – Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received an International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation led by Mark Horton, Head of the IMF mission to Armenia.

The interlocutors conferred on the course of bilateral cooperation, informed the Press Office of the Government of Armenia.

They discussed joint projects in a variety of domains, and the avenues for the implementation of economic support programs within the framework of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF)/Extended Credit Facility (ECF) program which the IMF carries out in Armenia.

Abrahamyan noted that the Government of Armenia will continue the ongoing economic reforms in the country. And Horton, for his part, underscored the continuity of the measures and steps to ensure economic stability and growth in Armenia.

In addition, the priorities of the Armenian government, tax and customs administration of the country, and bilateral partnership were reflected on.
