YEREVAN. – The Ministerial Summit of the European Higher Education Area and the Fourth Bologna Policy Forum continues in Yerevan on Friday.

The second day opened with the discussions of the Yerevan communique. The speakers hailed the communique, noting that the preliminary version of the document is in general acceptable to all members of the Bologna Process.

Participants presented proposals during the discussion of separate provisions of the communique, while the final text will be submitted for approval during the final session.

Other sessions, such as “Common Trends in Higher Education: Structural Reforms and Mobility”, “Erasmus+ (2014-2020): The International Dimension–Support to Modernisation and Internationalisation”, “Internationalisation in Quality Assurance: Challenges and Priorities for the Future”, “Recognising External Quality Assurance Across Borders - Results from the RIQAA Project” are underway.

In addition, Armenia's Education Minister Armen Ashotyan is expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings.
