YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 478.05/$1 in Armenia on Monday; this is down by AMD 0.49 from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 521.89 (down by AMD 3.93), that of one British pound was AMD 727.54 (down by AMD 4.24), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.98 (down by AMD 0.13), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 256.63, AMD 18,231.72 and AMD 17,154.74, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Monday.
