YEREVAN. – Sasun H., 35, who was transferred to Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan as a result of the injuries he had sustained after a gasoline station explosion on May 30 in Kapan city, has died. 

Director of the Research Center of Radiation Medicine and Burns of Armenia, Norayr Davidyan, told about the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Davidyan noted that the young man’s burns had constituted about 97 percent of his body, he was in very critical condition, and his injuries were fatal.

To note, this is the fifth fatal natural gas and gasoline station explosion that occurred in Armenia within the last one month.
