OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has actually questioned the objectivity of Russia on the settleement of the Karabakh conflict.

During a media conference in Yerevan, Dacic was asked about Russian arms supplies to Azerbaijan. In response OSCE Chairperson-in-Office spoke about importance for all participants to fulfill their obligations. He explained that the countries and co-chairs of the Minsk Group have to display constructive approach and promote peace process.

In this sense, it is necessary to examine the justification of the raised question, Dacic said. He instructed personal representative assigned in the Karabakh conflict zone and the special representative for the South Caucasus, to check it not only on the part of Russia, but also in terms of other possible violations.

“The issue of the sale of arms and ammunition has to be studied and it should be clarified where the weapons are coming from,” Serbian FM siad, adding that, for example, teh weapons involved in the Middle East are flowing “from different places.”
