YEREVAN. - The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Wednesday sent condolences to President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Sargsyan extended his condolences in connection with the sinking of a Chinese cruise ship, and which claimed many human lives.

“I, sharing your grief, wish perseverance and bravery of the spirit to families of the victims and the people of China.

“I am confident that the efforts by the Government of the PRC will contribute to saving as many human lives as possible,” the Armenian President’s message specifically runs.
