Volodya Harutyunyan, who got critically wounded as a result of Azerbaijan’s infiltration attempt, has returned to service, the soldier’s fellow villagers told Armenian News – NEWS.am. 

According to them, the soldier has fully recovered and already left for his duty area.

Harutyunyan’s lung and kidney were injured. He underwent two operations.

Volodya Harutyunyan was hurt during the Azerbaijani infiltration attempt on the border of Karabakh and Azerbaijan on January 2.

In the course of repulsing the Azerbaijani aggression, Armenian soldiers Karen Grigoryan and Vardan Mkrtchyan died.
