YEREVAN. – New building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia will be completely ready in November 2015, stated Minister of Urban Development Narek Sargsyan, at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.
In his words, the respective work is carried out faster than planned. Earlier, the work was intended to be completed by February-March 2016.
At present, the ministry is finalizing the furnishing of the building, and a tender will be announced, in the near future, for its purchase.
In October 2012, the current MFA building was sold to Argentinean Armenian billionaire Eduardo Eurnekian. The building is planned to be made a five-star hotel.
