YEREVAN. – Both the opposition and the Armenian authorities are to blame for decline in justice, head of Heritage parliamentary group Ruben Hakobyan said during the debates of reports of Prosecutor General's work as of 2014

The essence of legal system in Armenia was undermined in the early 90s, when a gang ousted the elected mayor in Goris, he added.

“We do not see a connection between events. We are trying to break a case and to interpret it as demanded today. And you need to understand the origin of the lack of rights,” Hakobyan said.
