YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a distress call on June 7 at 3pm.

Accordingly, a person had fallen into a reservoir in capital city Yerevan. 

The rescue squad, which was dispatched to the scene, brought the dead body of a boy—G. A., 12—out of the reservoir.

The Investigative Committee press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that no criminal case will be launched on the boy’s death.

They stated that there is no crime, since friends had gone swimming together when this incident had occurred.
