YEREVAN. – We all know that Armenia has its special way with NATO, it is moving in a unique way and we respect the decision, German Ambassador to Armenia Reiner Morell said during “NATO-Armenia Relations in the Context of New Challenges”  conference.

On the other hand, Armenia is a strong and reliable CSTO ally, on the other NATO has offered cooperation that was accepted by Armenia. 

“We have signed Partnership for Peace program. I think Armenia is wise enough to say: “why not.” But, on the other side, we realize that the country is in a geopolitical situation full of threats,” Ambassador Morell said.

At the same time being a member of Eurasian Economic Union, Armenia is aspiring to develop cooperation with the EU, the diplomat emphasized.
