YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 477.12/$1 in Armenia on Thursday; this is up by AMD 0.26 from Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 538.10 (down by AMD 0.85), that of one British pound was AMD 738.10 (up by AMD 0.54), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.71 (down by AMD 0.12), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 247.43, AMD 18,231.31 and AMD 17,134.51, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Thursday.
