YEREVAN. – The Rescue Service of Armenia received a distress call on Sunday at 10:20pm.
Accordingly, a traffic accident had occurred on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, there was a casualty and injured people, and rescuers were needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.
It was found out that a Volkswagen (driver S. Sh., born in 1990) and an Opel (driver R. S., born in 1992) had crashed. As a result, Opel’s passengers E. A. (born in 1991) and M. M. (born in 1995) were taken to the Sevan city medical center, whereas T. had died on the spot.
The fire and rescue workers brought A. T. (born in 1992.) and E. H. (born in 1990) out of the Opel, and they were transferred to the Hrazdan city medical center where, however, they died.
