Hakobyan, who was designated to the aforesaid position on Monday evening, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that there are no surprise decisions for a military person.
“A military person leaves for service wherever he is appointed,” he added.
In his words, he has left a combat-ready army for the new commander of the NKR DA.
