YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday extended condolences on the death of great American Armenian benefactor, National Hero of Armenia, Kirk Kerkorian.

“He already had become a legend during his lifetime as an entrepreneur and a businessman and enjoyed international standing, [and he] had become an example for a surviving Armenian, a diligent, wise, kind and modest man.

“The Lincy Foundation, which he created, has supported the people of Armenia at hard times.

“I express my condolences to us all in connection with this great loss,” the President’s message specifically reads.
