YEREVAN. – Armenian political analyst Richard Giragosian said it is a shame that elections in Karabakh are more democratic than in Armenia.

During the Rose-Roth seminar Giragosian was asked about the armies and the military expenses of Karabakh.

The Karabakh Defense Ministry is not subordinate to Armenia's Ministry, and unlike Armenia, Karabakh lives under conditions of undeclared war, he said.

On the other hand, more in the Karabakh army is the highest as compared to other post-Soviet countries which is conditioned by neighborhood full of challenges.
