YEREVAN. – Armenia will defend itself in the event of an armed conflict, and this is the country needs strong and combat-capable armed forces, Deputy Defense Minister Ara Nazaryan said during NATO PA Rose-Roth seminar in Yerevan.
“We have to carry out reforms in all directions, especially under conditions when the opponent's actions become more frequent and aggressive,” Nazaryan said.
