Bulgaria offers Russia to build a gas hub for the Turkish Stream project on its territory, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.
The Bulgarian side raised the issue of the hub during talks with Bulgarian Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova, TASS reported.
Novak said the Bulgarian side had already made such an offer six months ago.
