Two Armenians were killed in the shelling of a municipal building in Aleppo, Syria.
The casualties of this shelling include Armenian Evangelical Church missionary Eduard Bedrossian (Stepanian), and Aleppo Armenia Garo Migirdichian, reported the Kantsasar Armenian newspaper of Syria.
Around 60 to 70 thousand Armenians lived in Syria before the start of the civil war in the country, and more than half of them resided in Aleppo.
