Eurasian Economic Union plans to hold talks on possible trade and economic cooperation with Syria, EEU official Andrey Slepnev said.
However, creation of a free trade area is not discussed yet, TASS reported.
“We plan to hold a number of meetings with Syria's representatives to discuss possible formats for the start of collaboration between Eurasian Union and Syria, he added.
