German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Germany would not block the borders for a refugee flow from the Middle East, AP reported.
Merkel said Germany can control the flow, but will not fully block the borders as Hungary did last night.
Chancellor said she is working for sustainable solutions, but they require time.
