Azerbaijani villager tried to cross the border with Armenia, but was detained by Azerbaijani border guards.

Shahlar Bayran oglu Abdullayev tried to cross the border in Terter region because he had to pay an unfair fee of 33,000 manats, Azerbaijani media reported. The man was handed over to Azerbaijan's national security ministry.

The man had applied to different institutions complaining about unfair judgment of the local judge. His family and the village residents are not aware about his whereabouts.
