Serzh Sargsyan: Azerbaijan’s claims to Karabakh lack any justification (PHOTOS)

YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan’s claims to Nagorno-Karabakh are devoid of any historical, legal, political, and moral grounds.

The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, stated the above-said in his address on Friday in capital city Yerevan, at the 3rd International Forum of the Graduates of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (PHOTOS).

Sargsyan added that should Azerbaijan genuinely wish to achieve some results in the Karabakh conflict, it needs to hold talks with Nagorno-Karabakh and not preclude the latter’s inclusion in the respective peace process.
