YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 470.74 $1 in Armenia on Monday, a 0.95 point rise as compared to Friday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 519.04 (down by AMD 2.76), that of one British pound being AMD 722.26 (down by AMD 0.84), the rate of one Russian ruble comprising AMD 7.56 (down by AMD 0.02), according to the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 241.85, AMD 17,575.1, and AMD 15.225.45, respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Monday.
