YEREVAN. - The Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) has re-launched its operation.

The operation was re-launched at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, several days earlier than planned. The station has again been connected to the country’s electric power system.

The station was disconnected from the system at midnight on October 18 in connection with the planned repairactivities.

The measures aimed at raising the security level of the station have already been fully implemented.
