YEREVAN. – At the invitation president Galust Sahakyan of the National Assembly of Armenia, a Russian delegation, led by chairperson Valentina Matviyenko of the Federation Council of Russia, will arrive in Armenia on November 2, on a two-day official visit.
Within the framework of the visit, meetings are scheduled with President Serzh Sargsyan, parliament speaker Galust Sahakyan, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II.
Matviyenko will also attend the opening of the Fourth Armenian-Russian Interregional Forum.
In addition, the Russian delegation will pay visits to the Armenian Genocide Memorial, and the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute in capital city Yerevan.
