YEREVAN. – According to the results of this year’s social opinion poll of the Integration Barometer research program of the “Armenian Marketing Association” NGO, 46.1 percent of the 1,105 respondents in Armenia believe that the country can render military and political assistance to Russia, 10 percent—to Georgia, and 7.5 percent—to France.

President of the NGO, Aram Navasardyan, said the abovementioned at a press conference on Saturday.

He added that as per 31.1 percent of the respondents, however, Armenia cannot provide military and political assistance to any country.

Furthermore, over 1 percent of the respondents are of the view that Armenia can render international military and political assistance to Ukraine, the US, and Germany.

Tajikistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, the Middle East countries, China, Japan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, India, and the UK, on the other hand, have received the lowest percentage in terms of a possible military and political assistance from Armenia.

According to the survey results, Armenia, in turn, can receive a possible military and political assistance from Russia (82%), France (13.8%), the US (9.3%), Georgia (8%), Germany (2.8%), and China (2%).

Five percent of the respondents, however, think that no country can render such a possible assistance to Armenia.
