STEPANAKERT. – Statement by Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan about violation of ceasefire by Karabakh during the monitoring on October 27 is yet another example of disinformation and an attempt to put pressure upon the OSCE Minsk Group, spokesperson for Karabakh MFA Ani Sargsyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“Karabakh strictly observed the ceasefire during the monitoring, as previously stated by the NKR Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry. Reported submachine fire was produced exactly from the Azerbaijani side.

We are convinced that the development and implementation of mechanisms of investigation of incidents that have been proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, reaffirmed by the Armenian sides and rejected by Azerbaijan, would deprive Baku of an opportunity to spread such a disinformation,” she said, commenting on the statement by Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
