One of the Armenians wounded in Bashkiria’s city of Salavat is in an extremely critical condition, chances for his survival are actually very little, Arkadi Dalaryan, Chairman of the Bashkirian Regional Department of the Union of Armenians of Russia, told Armenian News –NEWS.am.

According to Dalaryan, the name of the seriously wounded young man is Albert, and he is only 28. “The second wounded Armenian is also in a critical condition. The third one feels more or less better, although his condition still remains critical. They are [all] in the intensive care unit. The other three, of course, have wounds, but fortunately these are not   mortal,” he said.

The criminal “drama” occurred in Salavat, Russia in the night of Thursday.  A group of masked men came to an auto service and fired at seven Armenians. One if the shooters was an Azeri.. The victims are A. Voskanyan, T. Voskanyan, S. Grigoryan, M. Malomyan (in intensive care unit), A. Avetyan (in intensive care unit), and A. Akulyan (in intensive care unit). The owner of the auto service, Arthur Sargsyan, died in the central city hospital of Slavat from a bullet wound to his head.
