STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 700 times, from November 1 to 7.

During this time, Azerbaijan fired more than 10,000 shots in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry and mortars, reported the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army.

Vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army, however, adequately responded to the aggressive actions by the adversary, and they took necessary measures to reliably maintain their military positions along the Line of Contact, reported the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
