Pursuant to the agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), access to state funding shall be the same for all companies of the EEU member states (Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and most recently, Kyrgyzstan).

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development, however, believes that these requirements are not fulfilled, and therefore it has issued notes to the relevant departments of Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, reported the Vedomosti daily of Russia.  

With respect to Armenia, it is noted that the documentation of procurements and notifications is not translated into Russian, which is the official language of the EEU.
