YEREVAN. - 13 out of 95 sectors of the economic activity, which require licenses, will shift to independent declaration. Armen Yeghiazaryan, Director of the National Center for Legislation Regulation, said in the parliament, introducing the draft amendments to the Law on Notification on Business Operation.  

The aforementioned sectors include manufacturing and trade of pyrotechnics, biological medications for livestock, chemical and biological means for plant protection, strong beverages based on fruit and berry (except for grape), beer, trade involving the mentioned goods, as well as a number of other sectors.

According to Yeghiazaryan, the minimal severity applied by the state in checking the establishment of the company doesn’t cancel its requirement for the business to observe sanitary and other norms in the future.
